The problem with these statements is the fact they could be no further from the truth.  Let me briefly explain.

I had received a traffic ticket in one of the Dallas metroplex cities.  I had a court date set already way in advance since I had planned to fight my citation.  I decided to go through the web and contact ticket attorneys to see who did what.  Jack Byno's website looked convincing enough so I decided to give him a shot.

Within 3 days of me paying the 75.00 to fight a speeding ticket, I received a letter from him saying I was to pay over 200.00 to the court and I had 5 days to do this.

Now nothing might seem out of the ordinary on just the appearance of this letter, but my original court date wasn't for another 2 weeks.

So I decided to go pay the district court a visit and inquire about the details of his supposed court appearance.

The nice lady behind the counter at the municipal court was more than helpful and even gave me copies of letters that Jack Byno had sent to the court.  I asked the lady behind the counter if he showed up, and she looked at me and said, there was no appearance, he pleaded you out.

I looked through the documents and couldn't believe my eyes.  The very same day I had paid Jack Byno to go to court and fight for my ticket, was the same day he sent a form email to the court requesting that I get deferred adjudication.

But that's not all.  He didn't fill out the necessary paperwork for me ahead of time, and thus I had to go re-enter a plea.  The court has it's own rules that this nimwitt attorney didn't have the professionalism to understand or even inquire about.  Not only this, the documentation he sent instructing me to pay my fine to the court also didn't include a letter that needed to be signed to show I was not currently on deferred adjudication now, and that if I didn't have that completed in 15 calendar days, I would be charged an additional 25.00.

Jack Byno's office is a half ass template mill who does not follow up with his clients nor fights for them.

If you want my advice,  go find someone else to represent you.

Or file for deferred on your own and save yourself the 75.00 for someone else to mail a letter for you.
